N4.9bn Fraud: Court To Rule On Fani-Kayode’s Bail Application On July 4th

The Federal High in Lagos has put off to July fourth the decision on

the bail utilization of previous Aviation Minister and previous

representative of PDP's presidential competitor, Femi Fani-Kayode.



At the becoming aware of his bail application today July first, the

managing judge, Justice Hassan said he needs time to audit the

contentions set forward by Fani-Kayode's legal advisor and that of the

EFCC.
