David Cameron has declared he is stopping as Prime Minister in a

touching explanation hours after Britain voted in favor of Brexit .



He conveyed today's notable declaration on the progressions of Downing

Street with his better half Samantha after his battle to keep Britain

in the EU fizzled terribly.



He said: "I battled this crusade in the main way I know how, which is

to say straightforwardly and energetically what I think and feel, head
